The Indian Association of Paediatric Anaesthesiologists was formed in March 2006 by a small group of Mumbai based paediatric anaesthetists. Its aims are to promote safety and high standards in the specialty through education and research. It advises other professional bodes on anaesthesia for children.
To promote the awareness of Paediatric Anaesthesia as a SuperSpeciality Subject.
To arrange for post-graduate teaching and training etc.
To conduct work-shops, seminars, lectures etc. with the help of eminentpersons in the Subject.
To promote the research work and give awards for excellence, Fellowships in this field.
To publish the advance and technological progress for the guidance of the Members in special and for public in general.
